You can simply install this package into you default IceWM icons directory
by copiing its content there.

NOTE: Following is applicable for IceWM >= 1.2.6.

On RedHat systems where IceWM was installed from rpms this can be done
like this:

*you have to be root*:

    cd /usr/share/icewm/
    tar -xvzf /path/to/iceicons-version.tar.gz

Icons in /usr/share/icewm/icons/ will be overwritten and also winoptions
file in /usr/share/icewm/ will be updated. If you have any changes in
these files please BACKUP them!
(From sources IceWM installs its icons to /usr/local/share/icewm/.)

Or you can install them in your home directory under ~/.icewm/icons.
(Do not forget that theme can override these icons.)
Please take care of your winoptions file, to not be overwritten!

This set also includes special newly drawn icons for IceWM menus. They are in
icons/menuitems subdirectory. If you wish to use them, then you have to add
this path into you preferences file:

    IconPath="/home/<myhome>/.icewm/icons/menuitems"

Remember that these icons will be used only if no other icons from different
directories colide with them. If you want to be sure these icons are used, copy
them to your theme or at least directly to your ~/.icewm/icons.

To use these icons you have to edit you `menu` file.
E.g.:

    menu Office folder {

replace with

    menu Office office {

There are icons for:

    audio burning devel editors engineer entert find folder graphics internet
    office remote system utils video winmgr

Performance note: With more icons IceWM can take longer to start menu first
time.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email to
<covex@ahoj.fsik.cvut.cz>. Please include word "icewm" in the subject.

Have a fun
